Acrylic Needle Felt

They are commonly used in applications such as dryers, electric furnaces, aluminum reduction processes, and both primary and secondary smelting operations.
In terms of chemical resistance, acrylic offers satisfactory protection against most mineral and organic acids, outperforming polyamides and polyesters in this area.
However, the resistance of dust collector filter bags to alkalis is not as strong as that of most other fibers, with the exception of natural protein fibers like silk and wool.
Acrylic filter bags (dust collector filter) exhibit fair resistance to most oxidizing agents and are superior to polyamides and protein fibers in this regard.
They also demonstrate excellent resistance to a wide range of common organic solvents.
Overall, dust collector filter provides good acid resistance, high hydrolysis resistance, and good temperature stability.
It is important to note that acrylic is generally more expensive than polyester and polypropylene.
