Miter needle felt is a new filter felt developed in order to overcome the shrinkage phenomenon of ordinary polyester needle felt when the temperature exceeds 130℃ for a long time. The working temperature is 150℃-170℃, thus avoiding the shrinkage phenomenon under certain working conditions. Waste caused by using high temperature filter media.
Post-processing methods: singeing and calendering, high temperature setting, water and oil repellent, anti-static, PTFE coating, emulsion dipping, surface coating
