Screen print positive films waterproof inkjet film

Film positive in the screen printing process is by far of the most important step to ensure the stencil or screen gives a great finished product. The concept of the film positive is to block the exposed light from curing the emulsion during exposing step. Hence a better the opaque the film the better the result. The aim when printing the film should be to print the design with as much drop of black ink. To do that we need a good inkjet printer and software to control the drop of black ink and that is where EPSON printers are ideal.

The films which we are offering are waterproof and come in A4 and A3 size. We do recommend that using a printer with inks which are dye based than pigment based to get better results although both will work fine.The films which we offer are instant dry to enable films to dry very quickly as it comes out of the printer to save you time and provide more efficiency in the work flow. The coating on these films will soak in the ink to allow you to quickly enter into the exposing phase of the printing process This product is ideal for any professional print shop who require a faster exposing of screen stencils.
